Personal Information We Collect

Information Collected from Individuals Outside the United States
Our Services are U.S. based and therefore, if you are using the Services from outside the United States, including the European Union or European Economic Area, and provide us with personal information, please note that your personal information will be transferred, stored and processed in the United States. This is done either to ensure we are able to provide our services to you, or where not necessary for the provision of our services (such as in the case of providing you with marketing communications), it is done only with your consent. We offer rewards when you refer us to your friends here in the United States. This program does not accept referrals to individuals outside of the United States. If you choose to participate in our Refer-a-Friend program to connect us with your friend, we will ask for your friend’s name and email address. We will then send your friend a one-time email with a coupon inviting him or her to purchase our products. In that email, your friend can choose if he or she would like to receive further communications from us. We store your friend’s information only to send this one-time email, after which we remove your friend’s information from our system.
External Third Parties.We will only share your personal information with external third parties in the following limited circumstances:
